FACILITATION

Meghan is an experienced facilitator who has created and led workshops and longer residencies with multiple organisations across the country. She regularly works with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain where she is Associate Artist. Workshops and residencies have included: Theatre Making, Devising, Ensemble Building, Devising with Music, Voice, Actors Process and Building a Theatre Company.

Based on Meghan’s time running The Letter Room, she, along with fellow Lowry Associate Stan Hodgson were asked to collaborate with The Lowry in creating a new artist development programme. 

HOTHOUSE is an opportunity to support regional artists to form a new theatre company. The focus was offering a supportive space for a group of artists to explore ideas, fail safely, discover what it means to work together as a company or collective, and create ambitious and bold work. 

As part of the scheme Meghan and Stan ran an intensive week for the brand new company, covering all aspects of creating a theatre company and original work.

Through the scheme Sixth House Theatre was founded and is soon embarking on a National tour.
